These terms describe use of centralparkcarriagesofficial.com and the online booking flow. Bookings are private carriage tours meeting on Central Park South. Payment is processed by Stripe. Cancellation, weather, and occupancy rules in the FAQ and confirmation email apply to paid reservations. This page is not legal advice.
The website
The site is provided to describe tours, accept reservations, and share visitor information. Do not scrape, overload, or misuse booking endpoints. Content on this site is owned by the operator unless credited otherwise.
Bookings
A reservation is created when checkout completes and you receive confirmation. Package features (duration, photo stops, meeting point) are those on the tour page you purchased. Live availability can change until you pay.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. This website does not store full card numbers. Pricing is per carriage unless an extra carriage or add-on is selected.
Conduct
Guests must follow the coachman’s instructions, occupancy limits, and basic safety rules on the safety page. The operator may refuse boarding if those rules cannot be met.
Limitation of these terms
Liability caps, governing law, dispute venue, and insurance details require confirmation from the business’s counsel and insurance documents.
