Cancellation and reschedule policy
The rules published in this operator’s FAQ and confirmation materials. Your tour page and email control the booking you paid for.
Most tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled ride. Cancellations inside 24 hours are typically a 50% refund or a reschedule option. No-shows are non-refundable. Proposal Tours usually require 48 hours notice because of special planning. Severe weather that makes a ride unsafe is handled as a full reschedule or refund. Your confirmation email lists the exact policy for that booking.
Standard tours
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time, the usual outcome is a full refund of the tour fare according to the FAQ. Inside 24 hours, expect either a 50% refund or a chance to reschedule, as stated on the site. Missing the ride without notice is treated as a no-show.
Proposal Tours
Proposal bookings usually need 48 hours notice because of extra planning. Check the Proposal Tour page and your confirmation; do not assume the 24-hour window applies.
Weather
Light rain normally does not cancel the ride. For lightning, heavy storms, or unsafe conditions, the operator offers a full reschedule or refund and will contact you if the ride cannot operate.
How to cancel or reschedule
