How pricing is structured
You are not buying a per-person ticket. Two guests and four guests in the same carriage pay the same base package rate unless add-ons or extra carriages apply. Extra carriages are for groups that exceed one carriage’s seating.
Route options and seasonal pricing rules can change the total before you pay. The booking card always shows the live price for the selected date and route. Secure payment is processed by Stripe.
What is usually included
The package price covers the private carriage, the licensed coachman, and the loop associated with that tour. Optional add-ons such as flowers or champagne are extra and may need advance notice. Tipping is never required; many guests tip around 15–20% when the service warrants it.
Cancellations and refunds
Most tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled ride. Inside 24 hours the usual outcome is a 50% refund or a reschedule option, and no-shows are non-refundable. Proposal Tours usually require 48 hours notice. Confirm the policy on your tour page and confirmation email.
