Two separate rules matter: guest-initiated cancellation, and operator weather calls. For most published tours, canceling 24 hours or more ahead is free; inside 24 hours the typical outcome is a 50% charge or a reschedule; no-shows are non-refundable. Proposal bookings usually use a 48-hour free-cancel window. Light rain usually does not stop a ride. Lightning, heavy storms, or unsafe park conditions lead to a reschedule or refund, and the team contacts you if the slot cannot run.

Always read the policy page for the product you bought. The summary above matches the published FAQ language for standard tours versus Proposal. Christmas and other seasonal SKUs follow the terms shown at checkout for that SKU.

Rain, snow, and heat
Carriages are open-air with covers. A drizzle is not automatically a cancellation. Unsafe ice, lightning, or severe wind is. Winter guests should still dress for wind on the drives — blankets help, they do not replace a coat. See what to wear and winter rides.
